For hygiene, safety, and product efficacy reasons, our compatible consumable products (including repellent cartridges, fuel cells, replacement batteries, and maintenance components) are subject to specific refund rules:
  • Unopened, sealed consumables in their original packaging are eligible for full refund within the 60-day window.
  • Opened or used consumable products are not eligible for standard refund, unless the items arrive damaged, defective, or do not match the items you ordered upon delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive items that are damaged, defective, misaligned with product descriptions, or incorrectly shipped, you are entitled to a full refund. We will cover all associated return shipping costs for eligible quality or fulfillment errors.
